低碳水化合物飲食 最能減肥

●「新英格蘭醫學雜誌」一項研究報告顯示,全球肥胖人口愈來愈多,減重的方式也是五花八門,很多人選擇用偏方減重,但最後往往要擔心可能會復胖。東森新聞報導,研究報告指出,想要健康減肥的人,以蛋白質為主的低碳水化合物為飲食,最能達到減肥效果。

報導指出,根據世界衛生組織估計,目前全球有超過10億的成年人超重,需要藉由運動、飲食等方式來控制體重。排除不健康的偏方減肥,目前已有三種健康飲食的減重方式,且廣為民眾接受,包括低脂肪飲食、蛋白質為主低碳水化合物飲食,以及地中海烹調飲食。

但最新研究報告出爐顯示,低碳水化合物飲食,以食用蛋白質為主,包括蛋類、紅肉、禽肉、魚類,和某些蔬菜的減重效果最佳,也不易復胖。杜克大學醫學院研究員維斯特曼醫師表示,蛋白質和脂肪會讓人覺得有飽足感,因而不會想再多吃任何東西,藉此達到減重效果。

此外,肥胖所引起的健康問題,透過低碳水化合物飲食法,也能獲得解決。由於蛋白質為主的飲食,不吃大米、麵條、麵包等食物,透過降低體內胰島素減肥,若胰島素水準低,體內因而產生的有害膽固醇就會較少,不僅能減重又能顧及健康,可說一舉兩得。(本報綜合報導)
