此外,胃酸偏酸性,而茶水偏鹼性,飯後立即喝茶,茶鹼不僅會抑制胃酸的分泌,還會稀釋胃酸,影響胃酸中蛋白酉每等的分泌,從而影響消化。有關實驗還表明,飯後飲用15克茶葉沖泡的茶水,會使食物中鐵的吸收量降低50%。茶水的濃度越高,對身體的危害越大。
