腎臟和尿道結石,常常沒有徵兆,無論是哪一種結石,都與喝水不足有關。台灣慈濟醫院台北分院泌尿科主治醫師謝政興指出,面對小結石問題,有不少自我排除的好方法,除了多喝水,還有跑步、跳繩、扭扭舞等運動,或彎腰拍背,把小結石震出來。

謝政興指出,尿路有很多種結石類型,大部分是草酸鈣結石,還有感染性的磷酸銨鎂鹽結石、磷酸鈣結石,以及尿酸太高的尿酸結石等。

謝政興說,當腎臟尿量不夠時,無法將形成結石的物質稀釋,以致結石堵住輸尿管,便會造成腰痛、腹部悶脹、血尿等症狀。一般人大約一天要喝水2000到3000c.c.的水,勞力工作者汗流得多,相對就要補充得多;心臟衰竭者排水功能已經欠佳,喝太多水反而造成心臟負荷。

在各種排除結石的方法中,謝政興認為,可以嘗試的運動是跳繩、跑步。藉著身體上下頻繁的震動,卡在輸尿管的結石較易慢慢沿著輸尿管出來;還可以做向前彎腰的動作,讓腎「倒過來」,請旁人幫忙以手掌扣拍背部,讓腎臟下部的結石順勢滾進輸尿管裡,比較容易從體內排出。

他表示,小於0.4公分的尿路結石,靠著多喝水及上述運動,90%能自行排出,結石超過這個尺寸,可能就需要體外震波碎石、開刀治療。

此外,他提醒,腎結石患者在飲食上,要少吃菠菜、有殼海鮮、動物性蛋白質、巧克力等草酸含量高的食物,豆類如豆腐豆乾製品,因含有豐富的嘌呤,也會導致尿酸指數上升,結晶增加,成為結石。

至於富含維他命A的紅蘿蔔和綠花椰菜則有助於避免結石復發再生,可以多攝取一些。(中央社)
