醫學界發現,人體內就藏著解決高血壓、高血糖、高血脂的關鍵!人體中的PPAR受體,就像是一把鎖,而蔬果就是鑰匙,多吃苦瓜、紅麴、綠藻、大豆蛋白和甘草,可以活化人體的PPAR,改善代謝症候群。

在台灣,有289萬名代謝症候群病患,他們深受高血壓、高血糖、高血脂之苦。國家衛生研究院臨床實驗組主任蘇益仁指出,解答就藏在人體裡!

蘇益仁說,PPAR受體是21世紀最重要的發現,是醫學上是一大里程碑。PPAR是人體用來調節飢餓、脂肪的受體,平常存在人體肌肉、心臟、肝、腎臟等細胞中。高血壓、糖尿病、高血脂、心臟病、癌症、發炎,統統都與PPAR受體有關。

他說,過去醫學界早就知道天天五蔬果、多運動可以保健康,但是並不知道為什麼,而這個秘密的答案原來就是PPAR受體。他形容,PPAR平常不啟動,就像是一把鎖,而蔬果和運動是鑰匙,攝取蔬果時,就可以活化PPAR。

蘇益仁表示,海內外研究都發現,當PPAR一活化,原本壞的膽固醇會變成好的膽固醇,對胰島素不敏感的糖尿病患,也會產生一定的效果。

國衛院從上百種天然食材中,挑選出五種最可活化PPAR的食材,包括苦瓜、紅麴、綠藻、大豆蛋白和甘草,五種蔬果最好混著吃,可以有加乘的效果。

蘇益仁強調,已經罹患代謝症候群,並且正在服藥的病患,應該要遵從醫師的指示用藥。一般民眾也可多吃苦瓜、紅麴、綠藻、大豆蛋白、甘草等食物,除了這五種食物之外,可活化PPAR的蔬果通常有顏色深、有味道的特色,也可以多多攝取。
