白開水:每天飲用6-8杯

100%鮮奶、無糖或低糖優酪乳:每天飲用2次

無糖或少糖豆漿、未過濾且不加糖的鮮打蔬果汁:可選用(即每天少於1次)

調味乳、減糖優酪乳、一般豆漿、100%蔬果汁、運動飲料:偶爾飲用(即每周少於3次)

乳酸飲料、大部分優酪乳、豆奶飲料、稀釋果(蔬)汁、汽水、紅茶、奶茶、烏龍茶:少選用(即每周少於1次)

註:每次飲用量在250c.c.以下

Water: drinking 6-8 cups a day

100 percent fresh milk, sugar-free or low-sugar yogurt: 2 times a day to drink

Sugar-free or less sugar soy milk, unfiltered and without a center sweetened fresh fruit juice: optional (that is, less than 1 per day)

Flavoring milk, reduced-sugar yogurt, soy milk in general, the center 100 percent fruit juice, sports drinks: the occasional drink (that is, less than three times per week)

Lactic acid drinks, most of yogurt, soy beverages, diluted fruit (center) juice, soft drinks, tea, milk tea, Oolong tea: less choice (that is, less than 1 per week)


Note: each consumption in the following 250 c.c.
