運動不一定非要到健身房才有效。北京市衛生局日前提出了「日行一萬步,健康你一生」的口號。京華時報報導,專家指出,每天走6000步到一萬步就可以達到健身的目的。對於上班族來說,如果沒有整塊的時間運動,可以化整為零,在上下班或辦事、買菜的路上大步快走,如果能達到6000到1萬步,也可以起到運動的效果。
