女性睡不到6小時 乳癌風險多6成

【中央社】英國「每日郵報」報導,每天睡眠不足6小時的女性,罹患乳癌的風險將會增加超過60%。

這篇發表在「英國癌症期刊」的研究報告說,蠟燭兩頭燒的人,會大大提高罹患可能致命腫瘤的機率。

位於日本仙台的東北大學醫學研究所科學家,針對參與健康與生活習慣調查的年齡介於40到79歲婦女的調查資料展開研究,這項調查包括詢問睡眠時間在內。

在長達8年追蹤調查期間,有143名受訪者被診斷出罹患乳癌。

研究人員分析罹癌對象的睡眠習慣時,發現睡得太晚、起得太早,都有很大影響。

報導引述英國癌症研究中心表示,越來越多研究報告指向睡眠不足和癌症有關聯。
