由於情緒、壓力容易造成荷爾蒙分泌混亂,導致經痛,此類型經痛者常常是經期不準,中醫的經絡理論提及此類型人肝氣鬱結、氣阻滯於任沖二脈,需要治以加味逍遙散、五積散,來理氣活血,化瘀止痛,也需要調整情緒、減少壓力。

氣血虛弱型 易疲勞倦怠

此類型的人體質虛弱,因為氣血不足、運行乏力,所以容易疲勞、倦怠、貧血,特別容易在經期後感到腹痛,因此需要益氣補血之藥方來調養,例如當歸芍藥散。

而氣滯型則需要行氣導滯、破瘀消癥,處方為香稜丸或大七氣湯。痰瘀型以理氣化痰、破瘀消癥,處方為開鬱二陳湯、大黃牡丹皮湯。

一般而言,辨證準確時中藥能有一定的療效,肌瘤多能控制成長或漸漸縮小。子宮肌瘤小於3公分者,其症狀多半較不嚴重,頻尿、腹痛、經痛或因為經血量多而貧血的情形也比較輕微,治療效果也比較明顯。

適量運動 經痛困擾減半

豐華瑜伽老師吳慧中提醒,平時就應該要做保養,才不會在「痛不欲生」時悔不當初,利用瑜伽動作可以按摩、伸展到平常很少活動的部位,也有助於調整自律神經,緩和情緒、壓力,能有效減少經期不適症狀,有些同學利用瑜伽、靜坐以及作息調整,擺脫多年來的經期惡夢。

吳慧中設計以下舒緩操,在經期前後或是經期間不舒服時,都可以花一點點時間來試試,可不要小看喔,雖然僅是停留、放鬆,也能藉此伸展、舒緩到不適處,達到運動功效。

保養瑜伽

簡易扭轉運動

血脂及動脈硬化學會理事長陳肇文說,美國DASH團隊的研究發現,在不控制病患鹽量攝取、不改變體重的條件下,若能遵循DASH飲食原則,八周後,降血壓的效果,和使用一顆降血壓藥物治療效果雷同。如果再加上限鹽策略,效果可達二倍。

陳肇文說,吃一顆降血壓藥物,可降低病患8%的血壓,而吃DASH飲食八周後,可以降低10%的血壓,因此強烈推薦爬敻ㄞf患或是瀕臨高血壓的民眾,將DASH飲食納入改善血壓的調整生活方式。
