林美吟表示,由於膀胱、子宮等骨盆腔器官是由骨盆底肌肉群支撐,訓練這些肌肉群可以用來預防和治療因為肌肉群鬆弛引起的應力性尿失禁、陰道鬆弛等疾病,她建議婦女朋友可以做凱格爾提肛運動預防或改善症狀。
