中醫健康十大標準  
1.眼睛有神:目光炯炯有神,無呆滯之感,說明精充、氣足、神旺, 臟腑功能良好。   
2.聲息調和:說話聲音洪亮,呼吸從容不迫,反映出心肺臟功能及循環功能良好。   
3.小便通暢:小便通暢,每天尿量1000至1500毫升,說明泌尿功能正常。   
4.大便通暢:大便每日一次或兩次,無腹痛、腹瀉,提示消化功能健旺。   
5.體形適中:保持體形勻稱,不胖不瘦。 標準體重=身高(厘米)-105(女性減100)(公斤)。   
6.牙齒堅固:保持口腔衛生,基本上沒有齲齒和其他口腔疾病。   
7.腰腿靈便:保持每週3次以上的運動,每次半小時,使肌肉、骨骼和四肢靈活自如。   
8.脈搏正常:脈搏從容和緩、柔和有力、節律整齊、不浮不沉、不大不小, 說明心臟和循環功能良好。   
9.飲食有節:每日定時定量,飲食均衡,不挑食,不偏食,不暴飲暴食,不酗酒, 不吸煙。   
10.起居準時:能按時起床和入睡,睡眠質量好。
